Our mission
At 1000 Pink Lights Walk, we are dedicated to providing support for breast cancer patients in our community. Our mission is to raise funds for the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund, ensuring patients have access to essential resources during their treatment journey including transportation to/from treatment, rent, utilities, food, and childcare.
Our history
Betty Ann Ricci, a two-time cancer survivor, has made it her life's mission to help cancer patients in her community. With her experience as a patient, she understands the struggles people face while seeking treatment. Betty Ann founded this organization in 2017 to help cancer patients in her area gain access to necessities during treatment.
